No more worrying about bringing your furry friends to the mall. We now offer FREE Pet Stroller rentals, so you and your beloved pets can explore the mall comfortably, safely, and hygienically while enjoying shopping, dining, and other services.
Getting started is easy:
- Park at the Pet Parking area on G Floor, 1,000-Car Parking Building, specially designated for visitors with pets.
- Choose the right stroller based on your pet’s weight. Available models support up to 15 kg, 25 kg, and 55 kg.
- Scan the QR Code on the stroller to register before use.
- Pick up a FREE disposable stroller liner at the rental station.
- Place the liner inside the stroller to help keep it clean and hygienic for every pet.
- Help us keep it clean. Please check the stroller before and after use. Disinfectant and deodorizing spray are provided at the rental station.
- Follow the usage guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone.
