Future Park and Zpell Shopping Center continues its journey toward becoming a clean energy destination under the “Green Future” initiative through the installation of a Solar Rooftop system by ONNEX by SCG at the new “1,000-Car Parking Building.”
The project features a total installed capacity of 302.40 kWp to support energy consumption within the shopping center, helping reduce electricity costs from retail operations and facilities throughout the complex.
The solar energy system is expected to save more than THB 1.48 million annually, with an estimated payback period of 4 years and 5 months, while reducing carbon dioxide emissions by over 177 tons per year — equivalent to planting more than 17,000 trees annually.
This initiative reflects Future Park and Zpell’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions and a greener future for the community and society.
