Get Points from purchase
- Every 25 Bath = 1 Point ( When shopping in the categories of Food and Beverages, Fashion Clothing, Cosmetics, Spa, Hair Salon, Nail Salon, Bookstore, Pharmacy, Ski 365, and Future Arena (Football, Futsal and Badminton courts).
- Every 50 Bath = Points ( When shopping for products in the categories of IT, furniture, electrical appliances, kitchenware, musical instruments, tutoring centers, beauty clinics, dental clinics, and multidisciplinary clinics. )
- For purchase amounts that cannot be evenly divided by THB 25 or THB 50, the remaining amount will not be included in the point calculation.
- Reward points will be credited to the member’s account on the following day and can be redeemed from the next day onward.
- The name and surname on the purchase receipt must match the name registered under the membership account.
- A maximum of 3 receipts per store may be accumulated, with a limit of 15 receipts per member per day.
- Eligible spending for point accumulation is limited to THB 100,000 per member per day.
- Members must present the original sales receipt and/or tax invoice issued by participating stores within the shopping center at the designated service counters:
- Future Park Information Counter, G Floor
- ZPELL Information Counter, G Floor and 2nd Floor
- Exclusive Lounge, 1st Floor
- Computer-generated receipts must clearly display the store’s tax identification number, be complete, legible, verifiable, and in good condition. Receipts must not be damaged, torn, faded, altered, duplicated, copied, reprinted, food order slips, or marked as “Reprint”.
- Receipts and/or tax invoices are eligible for point accumulation only on the date specified on the receipt.
- Accumulation of receipts from the same store is limited to a maximum of 3 receipts per day.
- Reward points are calculated based on the net purchase amount after all discounts have been deducted.
- Reward points will be credited to the system on the following day and will expire on December 31 of each year.
- Purchases made on December 31 will have points credited on January 1 and will not be included in tier upgrade calculations.
- Membership tier adjustments are processed annually on November 1 of the following year.
- The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Requirements
- Collection Rules & Limits: Points must be collected on the date of purchase only (credited the next day). Collection is limited to a maximum of 3 receipts per shop, 15 receipts per day, and a total spending amount of 100,000 Baht per person/day.
- Ineligible Receipts: Points cannot be collected from: tenants within Major Cineplex; cash/handwritten/reprinted/copy bills; receipts without tax IDs; bill checks; utilities; mobile top-ups/bills; financial/investment/insurance/credit card transactions; product deposits/reservations (e.g., furniture, appliances); car booking/down payments; gold/jewelry/amulets; repair fees; wholesale/resale purchases; goods in promotion areas; and receipts from Central, Robinson, Big C, HomePro, Index Living Mall, Tops, B2S, Officemate, Power Buy, and Super Sport. (Exception: Valid receipts for car wash and hair salon services are accepted).
- Fraud Policy: Any fraud, document falsification, or collection of receipts without actual personal spending to gain points or rewards will result in the immediate cancellation of points and termination of membership status without prior notice.
- Staff Restrictions & Mall Rights: Tenant employees are strictly prohibited from membership participation, point collection, reward redemption, and using Exclusive Parking or E-STAMP (violations result in immediate suspension). Future Park reserves the right to final decision in all disputes and may amend terms without prior notice.
Exclusive Parking
- Eligibility & Limits: This privilege is reserved for Platinum and Diamond members who meet the specified point accumulation requirements (limited availability). The usage right is strictly limited to 1 privilege per member.
- Validity & Renewal: Exclusive Parking privileges expire on 31 December of every year. Eligibility is processed by the system once a year after the shopping center closes on the said date (or according to specified conditions).
- Fraud Policy & Rights: This is a personal exclusive privilege. Any detection of forgery or fraud regarding Exclusive Parking usage will result in immediate membership termination without prior notice. The shopping center reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
